We are obliged to inform you, upon receipt of your initial enquiry your contact details are stored securely on our data base for our information only unless you advise otherwise.
Quotes are also kept on our database and destroyed after a period of 1 year if work not commenced during that time. If other trades need to be involved and a visit to your property necessary we would seek your consent before passing on your contact details.
Invoices are securely kept on our database and on Sage Accounting Software for a period of 6 years in accordance with HMRC regulations. After that time your documents are destroyed.
Apart from HMRC and our Accountant we would not share your information with anyone else.
Please be aware. When boilers are installed we are obliged to record with either Gas Safe or Oftec (oil) /local authority under building regulations. Your consent is required.
Please note: As part of our service, boilers, unvented cylinders and water softeners warranties are registered upon prior consent of the customer.
